The SAS Flota system in the Plus version is one of the most advanced GPS Monitoring and Fleet Management solutions on the market. Flota Plus allows multidimensional control and analysis of costs and performance of the vehicle fleet. It can be utilised for fleets of any types of vehicles from cars, through trucks to heavy machinery for construction or agriculture.
The system allows monitoring of several parameters of the vehicles in the fleet starting from their current and historical position, speed, direction, through the status of their doors, cargo bays, temperature and driver id's to directly accessing all the data available from the vehicle's CAN-Bus / FMS interface.
SAS Flota Plus offers:
- real-time access to one or more vehicle status with an automatic refresh of the vehicle status,
- access to vehicle status history - all the data stored in the application can be accessed for 1 year. Depending on the sensors mounted in a vehicle tha data may include:
- vehicle position, speed and direction,
- the status of the monitoring device (potential signal loss or unauthorised intervention),
- engine on/off status,
- doors or cargo bays open/close status,
- cargo bay temperature,
- fuel level,
- data read from the CAN-Bus/ FMS interface: engine revs etc.
- possibility of direct upload of fuel invoices to ensure easy comparison of actual and normed fuel consumption,
- access to historical routes of a vehicle in the form of a table or visualised on a map (also in Google Maps),
- possibility of defining unlimited number of the users' POI and generating activity reports for the POI (e.g. sales-person visits in client locations),
- a wide variety of reports critical from the point o view of a fleet manager:
- routes and stops for particular vehicles and for the entire fleet including route segments, time of travel, distance travelled, average and maximum speeds, stops locatons, durations etc.,
- virtual tachograph allowing detection of unsafe and uneconimical driving,
- comparison of normed versus actual fuel consumption and identifying potential anomalies,
- generating private vehicle usage reports,
- generating reminders on important fleet tasks and scheduled events,
- ability to generate standardised and user-defined (OLAP Cube) reports for any optimisation task as well as exporting these reports to Excel.
