The SAS Flota system in the Standard version offers multiple tools for basic fleet management. Flota Standard allows control and simple analysis of the vehicle fleet activity. It can be utilised for fleets of any types of vehicles from cars, through trucks to heavy machinery for construction or agriculture.
SAS Flota Standard offers:
- real-time access to one or more vehicle status with an automatic refresh of the vehicle status,
- access to vehicle status history - all the data stored in the application can be accessed for 1 year. Depending on the sensors mounted in a vehicle tha data may include:
- vehicle position, speed and direction,
- the status of the monitoring device (potential signal loss or unauthorised intervention),
- engine on/off status,
- doors or cargo bays open/close status,
- cargo bay temperature,
- fuel level,
- data read from the CAN-Bus/ FMS interface: engine revs etc.
- access to historical routes of a vehicle in the form of a table or visualised on a map (also in Google Maps),
- a variety of vehicle reports useful to a fleet manager:
- routes for a particular vehicle including route segments, time of travel, distance travelled, average and maximum speeds,
- stops with stop locatons, durations etc.,
- virtual tachograph allowing detection of unsafe and uneconimical driving,
SAS Flota application in the Standard version offers several types of reports with a per-vehicle level of detail. The reports allow for detailed analysis of events and operational parameters of each car.
The GPS Monitoring and Fleet Management - SAS Flota is offered in two subscription versions - Standard and Plus. They were designed with an intention to better meet the various companies needs.
The Standard option -
The SAS Fleet GPS monitoriong and fleet management system is based on GPS monitoring devices installed in the vehicles. The devices communicate with the SAS GPS application servers via the mobile data transmission network.
